Current Problem: The community of Santa Elena has an existing water system, but it does not reach all households and where it does, it is often plagued with maintenance and capacity issues. To solve the problems faced by the community, they have partnered with the municipality to help them drill a mechanical well providing an independent, safe, and reliable source of water, that will be able to include all the people of the community.

 

Project Goal:  Design and construct a water distribution system to provide a consistent supply of clean water to the community of Santa Elena.

 

Current Phase: Project designs and engineering have been completed.
